A full day workshop for beginners where you will learn to make a willow trug, a beautiful item to use in your garden. Leilah Vyner of Dragon Willow will teach you the techniques of weaving a sturdy trug out of pliable and colourful English willows. You will end the day with a unique trug to take home and perhaps even apply the skills you learn to making more baskets at home.
Weaving is an amazingly addictive and relaxing traditional craft.
All materials are provided, but please bring a packed lunch.
