This first episode of The Big Tiny Voices podcast by the Tadcaster Young Producers celebrates The Barn, a youth and community space in Tadcaster.

As part of Now Then! in Tadcaster, our delivery partners, ARCADE, created two Young Producer roles. Kat and Lilly successfully applied for the training roles and got to work with Vandal Factory Podcast who trained them on how to record and edit their very own Podcast. Listen now to the first episode of ⭐️The Big Tiny Voices podcast⭐️. This episode tells the story of Tadcaster Barn Open Day.

Kat says, “I’ve enjoyed learning all about the editing and how to put stuff together, and it’s helped me with speaking in public too!”

Her advice for anyone else who wants to start a podcast? “Make sure to prepare your questions in advance, make sure you know who the person is – speak clearly. The recorders are easy once you get used to it – make sure you use your headphones, and the editing software is not as daunting as it looks!”

Congratulations to the whole team for getting this going. Listen to the podcast here.
