Arts and Culture at the Heart of Yorkshire

We’re very lucky to have Selby Town Hall, an award-winning arts centre, as well as Riley Smith Hall in Tadcaster and Eversley Park Centre in Sherburn in Elmet. Each offer a great selection of immersive and engaging performances, including music, comedy and theatrical entertainment.

The Heart of Yorkshire is also home to the North of England's premier open air Country music festival, Towerfest. A popular, annual, event held in the open-air grounds of Drax Power Station, in the beating heart of Yorkshire!

Making is at the heart of what we do - and you can too, with silver jewellery making courses, willow weaving workshops, water colour painting, wire sculpture workshops and more.
