The Courtyard was originally built in the 1940’s as a NAAFI, when Womersley Park was used by the services during the war. Monk Fryston Hall

The Little Teapot Tearoom

The Maltings at Digby’s at Sherburn Aero Club
The Maltings at Digby’s is Sherburn Aero Club’s restaurant and bar situated inside the main clubhouse with panoramic views of the airfield and serving fresh homemade meals, cakes and pre-booked Afternoon Teas.
Elmet Alpacas and Tearoom
Fabulous afternoon tea with a side order of Alpacas! Elmet Alpaca Trekking Centre and Care Farm is based just outside the historic village of Sherburn In Elmet. Walk adorable alpacas around 26 acres on a working farm, before enjoying Afternoon Teas with the alpacas.
The Fenton Café
Situated in the grounds of the historic Church Fenton airfield, with views over the runways, The Fenton Café serves honest, hand-prepared food, including hot and cold meals, drinks, snacks and delicious pre-booked Afternoon Teas.
Afternoon tea is served daily between 12:00pm – 6:00pm and you can choose to enjoy it in one of the fabulous lounges found in the historic castle or, if the weather permits, make the most of it on the terrace, overlooking beautifully manicured gardens, cherry orchards or ponds. Combine it with a tour with one of their knowledgeable guides and delve into the rich past of the Castle, which dates back as far as 1086 when it is first mentioned in the Domesday book.
The Tea Lounge Tadcaster
The delicious cakes in this Tadcaster tearoom are made from recipes passed down from the owner’s grandmother. Enjoy homemade scones, lemon cake, chocolate cake, or a full, delicious Afternoon Tea.
