Pottery Spook Night at The Painting Pot, 19th October, Selby

Are you ready to embrace the eerie, the enigmatic, and the downright spine-chilling? Join The Painting Pot Studio in Selby for an adults only night of Halloween thrills on Thursday 19th October 2023!

Glazed and Confused, 31st October, Tadcaster

Join them at Glazed and Confused in Tadcaster for a jam packed Halloween Fun Party on 31st October from 2pm – 3:30pm.  Becky’s Bespoke Bakes will be back to provide some spooky cookie decorating for the kids! There will be a kid friendly spooky story time followed by some Halloween figure painting! Costume contest with prizes! Cost is £20.00 per child with a £5 deposit per child at the time of booking. Deposits are non refundable or transferable but come off your total! Remainder due on the day! Teas/coffees and treats free for parents and juice and treats free for  kids!

Market Cross Halloween Party, 28th October, Selby

Join us if you dare……….  for a children’s Halloween party on the 28th October between 1pm and 3pm. Activities include a costume parade competition, DJ, free face painting & glitter art and spooky crafts.

Pick your own Pumpkin at Berts Barrow Farm Shop, throughout October, Hillam

It’s pumpkins galore throughout October at Berts Barrow, they plant 70,000 pumpkins each year! The whole month from the first weekend in the month right through until the end of October is pumpkin season. It’s great fun to bring the kids along and pick a home-grown pumpkin and discover the scarecrow trail. Bring your wellies!

The Maltings Tearooms, throughout October, South Milford

Free Pumpkin Event throughout October 🎃 from 9am until 2pm, 7 days a week.

Pick your pumpkin and carve it at the tearoom using their carving sets for free.  Those wanting to pick pumpkins and take home can also do so, just pay for the pumpkin you want to take home.

Pumpkins and Pistons at the Motorist, 29th October, Sherburn in Elmet

Dust your fangs off, grab some spiders webs and spooky face paint and get ready for Sherburn’s biggest celebration of Halloween. Discover a car show packed with modern, classic and retro vehicles and bikes. Plus family fun and games and a fancy dress competition with prizes for the best costume and best dressed car.

Adult Halloween Ball, 28th October, Carlton Towers

Carlton Towers are hosting a fantastically spooky Halloween Ball.  Come dressed in your finest Halloween attire and then dine in their staterooms with a delicious themed set menu. Dance the night away with a DJ until midnight.

Spooky KIDS disco, 29th October, Carlton Towers

Monster Mash your way through all the classic tunes at Carlton Towers – perfectly spooky fun for your tots, teens or in-betweens. Throw your best moves on the dance floor and go dressed to impress in your Spooktacular outfits. Woodfired Pizza, tea and cake available throughout & bar open.

Halloween Afternoon Tea, Witches Trail and Pumpkin Patch, Birkin Fisheries, Knottingley

From Wednesday the 4th of October until Sunday the 5th of November enjoy gruesome Halloween Afternoon Tea offering spookylicious savoury goodies followed by scary sweet treats.  Booking is required.
The Witches Trail and Pumpkin Patch is also now open.  Visit their Pumpkin Patch to pick your very own pumpkin to take home with you. Entry into the patch is £6 per child which includes a pumpkin, Halloween themed games & lots of photo opportunities.  Set out with your map on the Witches Trail, finding hidden letters along the way. The trail is £5 per child which includes a prize at the end. Both activities are £10 per child.
Open Wednesday – Sunday from 10am until 3pm.
Tearoom & Ice Cream Shed will be open for those wishing to purchase food & drinks & of course will include plenty of Halloween treats.

Halloween at Drax Skylark Centre, 30th and 31st October, Barlow

Visit the unique setting of the Skylark Centre at Drax Power Station for some spooky family fun including making slime and bone bridges and exploring the woodland trails.
