Three cottages, which are fully wheel chair accessible and can accommodate guests of all abilities with level access to all areas.

Perfect for families (grandparents included), or friends looking for that ideal location from which to explore Yorkshire and all it has to offer.

Spacious light and airy bungalows offering a high standard of accommodation, each having 3 bedrooms – 2 twin and 1 double with en-suite wet room, family bathroom, lounge with colour TV, DVD, and radio.  A large well equipped, dining kitchen complete your indoor facilities. All properties have full central heating, patio and garden furniture, for less mobile guests we have a range of mobility aids including profiling beds, shower chairs etc. Open grass area to the exterior of the cottages is ideal for barbecues, relaxing or a great game of football.

Along side, we have a one bedroomed cottage annex to our own home offering cosy, comfortable accommodation, a perfect getaway for two more mobile guests. Continental breakfast on request.

Easily accessible from the A1, M1 and M62 motorways ensuring you are never far from amazing attractions, stunning scenery, spectacular shopping, history, culture, outstanding outdoor activities whatever you’re looking for, you can be sure it isn’t too far from our doorstep. Historic York is only a 15 minute drive away but don’t drive into the city, take advantage of the park and ride service at York’s Designer Outlet (but leave enough time to visit the Outlet and bag that designer bargain!). The North Yorkshire Moors and east coast resorts are all within 1-1-1/2 hrs drive, with the undiscovered Yorkshire Wolds much nearer. We are none smoking, Pets are welcome by arrangement.

• Single profiling bed £ 5.00 a day ( minimum charge for this is £50.00 to cover cost of removing and installing profiling bed)
• Reclining chair is standard in all cottages
• We can hire air mattresses and any other items you may require.
