West Acre Celebration Holiday Homes

West Acre has 5,000 square feet of accommodation and is set in an acre of enclosed private landscaped gardens looking out over open fields.

Holding Visit England accessibility accreditation and with its 7 individually designed boutique bedrooms and seven bathrooms plus an additional separate WC, there is plenty of space catering for up to 16 people (14 adults/children plus an additional 2 children).

The modern kitchen is huge and very well equipped, the kitchen dining area seats 8 and flows into the dining hall that seats 12 but can be extended to seat 16. The dining table also flips over to reveal a full-size slate bed pool table.

A generous main lounge with a cosy log burner is at the heart of the house, with loads of board games supplied it is the perfect spot to relax and have some quality family time, leading off is our snug, our second living room with various games consoles available. The whole ground floor has an integrated sonos sound system so music can be played across the whole ground floor. There is also a large separate cinema room with high definition projector and full surround sound.

Then the luxury really kicks in, we have a large private first floor terrace looking out over open countryside. The terrace gets the sun all afternoon and evening and has a 6 seater hot tub, seating area and sun loungers, just off is a small kitchenette to keep the champagne suitably cool. We also have an 8 seater Swedish sauna and all guests are supplied with towels, robes and slippers. The whole ground floor has underfloor heating giving a lovely comfortable radiant heat all day long as well as a cosy log burner for the winter months.

Outside in the gardens, there is a huge patio area with barbecue and dining facilities for 16 as well as an 8 seater African hut. There is loads to do outside for kids and adults, including a kids play area and playhouse, table tennis, basketball, croquet and giant Jenga. Parking should not be a problem during your stay as there is enough space for at least 8 cars.

West Acre is extremely accessible inside and out, the ground floor has wide access areas, ramps where needed, a lift and a bedroom with an accessible en-suite.  All accessibility information can be provided and any particular needs discussed.

Our main target audience at West Acre are large friend groups and multi-generational family groups, we have something for everyone from 2 to 92. We also welcome all the other special members of the family:

• For the babies and infants in the group as well as the standard cots and high chairs, we provide an extra special baby welcome pack with everything the youngest members in the family should need.
• We welcome dogs by prior arrangement, West Acre is great for dogs and we include our own dog welcome pack for your four legged family members.
